The purpose of this study was to examine how product price, quality, and promotion affect customer decisions to buy at the Promise Soul coffee shop in Purwodadi. Associative research is this type of research. This research uses quantitative methodology. Demographics and samples in this study are customers who have purchased products from the Janji Jiwa Purwodadi coffee shop and have met the requirements. The number of samples for this study were 100 respondents. Primary data is the data source for this research. In this study, a 5-point Likert scale was used as a scoring system. Data analysis using SPSS version 22. According to the findings of the analysis, product quality has no positive or substantial influence on purchase choice, but product price has a positive and substantial influence on purchase choice. Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing choice.Keywords: Product Quality, Product Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Pengaruh Locus Of Control Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Self Efficacy Sebagai Variabel Pemediasi 环境控制和工作环境对员工工作表现的自我效能变量的影响

The use of technology at this time affects today's lifestyle, especially in the banking world, this development is reflected in the service system to customers in the form of mobile banking. Mobile Banking serves to make it easier for users to make transactions without the need to (ATM) or to the bank. There are 28 questions in this research questionnaire, so the minimum number of questionnaire samples required is 140 respondents. Sampling used in this population is purposive sampling. The data is then processed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience have a direct influence on trust. The better the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience provided, the more user trust will increase. Then the user's interest is directly influenced by the perception of usefulness, the perception of convenience and trust, this means that with a good perception of usefulness and perception of convenience and a high sense of usertrust, it will increase the interest of users of mobile banking services. This means that they consider the benefits and convenience of mobile banking services in generating user interest, because they must be supported by trust in the perceived usefulness and convenience of mobile banking services as a service that can assist users in improving performance and effectiveness by transacting using mobile banking.Key words: Perceived Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Trust and User Interest

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Relative advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability, and Trialability on intention to use.  This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were students who used E-wallet Dana users, especially the Surakarta area, who had made online transactions using the E-wallet Dana application. The number of samples used was 162 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The research method used in this study uses SEM PLS. The results of this study relative advantage has a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet, compatibility has a significant effect on the adoption of mobile payment, complexity does not significantly affect the intention to adopt e-wallet, observability has a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet services, trialability has a significant effect on the intention to adopt e-wallet. a technology can be adopted and accepted by the community if its relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, and observability characteristics have a high value. This is because these characteristics have a favorable impact on technology adoption. In addition, a technology can also be adopted and accepted by the community if its complexity characteristic has a low value, because this characteristic has a negative effect on technology adoption.Keywords: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability, Trialability, Intention to Use

Kinerja Karyawan Berdasarkan Interaksi Sosial Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada UMKM 员工表现是基于内部中介变量的社会互动

In SMEs in the city of Surakarta, this study seeks to examine the relationship between dynamic competence and leadership style and employee performance, with social contact serving as a mediating variable. This study's core data came from a questionnaire that used a Likert scale as a measurement system. In this study, a non-probability sampling strategy was utilized to choose the sample. Using SmartPLS 3.0 software, 105 respondents from coffee shops in Surakarta City served as the sample for the PLS-SEM analysis. The evaluation of measurement models in the outer model and inner model serves as the study's method of data analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by dynamic capability (2) Employee performance was significantly and favorably impacted by the leadership style. (3) Social interaction factors significantly and favorably impacted employee performance (4) Social contact was positively and significantly impacted by dynamic capability. (5) Social interaction is positively and significantly impacted by the element of leadership style. (6) Social interaction factors can operate as a mediator between dynamic capability factors and worker performance. (7) Social interaction factors can operate as a mediator between leadership style factors and employee performance factors.Keywords: Dynamic Capability, Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Social Interaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leader member exchanges, perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediator. Research using quantitative research methods. The population used was 71 respondents with subjects being BPJS Health employees in the city of Surakarta. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all BPJS Kesehatan employees in Surakarta. Using SmartPLS as a data analysis tool. Testing the data used includes the outer model and inner model. The findings from this study found that Leader member exchanges had no effect on organizational commitment. Leader member exchanges have a significant effect on employee performance. Perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has no significant effect on organizational performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The role of organizational commitment as a mediator is not able to have a significant effect on the effect of leader member exchanges on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna iPhone di SoloRaya sebanyak 230 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan di olah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dimaksud dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan citra merek dan kepercayaan merek.Kata kunci: Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Experiential Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Fitur NR Aplikasi Bibit

Technological changes that are developing rapidly have led to high competition between investment startups and securities. Therefore, investment startup companies need to implement marketing strategies that are appropriate and right on target in order to win in market competition. One of the marketing strategies used by investment startup companies is experiential marketing. This marketing strategy focuses on providing a positive experience in the mind of customers so that consumer satisfaction is achieved. Experiential marketing strategies can be implemented into a creative and innovative feature. Total of 100 respondents have been obtained and met the research criteria, namely users of the Bibit application and the routine saving feature. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study are that the feel, think, and relate factors have a significant effects on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, sense and act factors have no significant effects on consumer satisfaction. Sense, feel, think, act, and relate factors simultaneously have a significant effects on customer satisfaction.Key words: Investment StartUp, Experiential Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction

PT. Fuka International adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kitchen dan laundry.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya selisih barang di gudang dengan barang yang tercatat, yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan, dan adanya komplain dari costumer. Dari hasil penelitian ini diberikan masukan dan evaluasi untuk membuat sistem pencatatan keluar masuk barang secara tersistem dengan komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknisk analisis fishbone diagram.. Untuk pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung terkait dengan aktivitas dan kegiatan pergudangan di PT. Fuka International. Sesuai dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan adanya selisih barang karena ketidaktelitian karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan, karena adanya kekeliruan  penghitungan barang yang disebabkan karena ukuran yang berbeda-beda dari setiap barang dan jumlah barang yang banyk dan mirip, serta belum adanya sistem komputerisasi untuk memudahkan pengontrolan. Usulan yang diberikan adalah dengan membuat sebuah prosedur dan memberikan pelatihan bagi karyawan tentang SOP aturan kerja, sehingga tidak sembarang orang boleh memasuki gudang. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam menetapkan suatu kebijakan standar pada aktivitas pergudangan, agar pengelolaan pergudangan dapat berlajan lancar serta sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Persediaan Barang, Barang Tercatat, Barang Aktual, Diagram Fishborn

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Districts/Cities Governments in Jambi Province with the Regional Financial Independence Ratio and the Degree of Regional Financial Decentralization. As well determine the effect of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD), Balancing Funds and Financing Surplus on the Capital Expenditure in Districts/Cities in Jambi Province. This study is a quantitative descriptive research and quantitative research. The data used in this study is quantitative data with documentation techniques. The sample for this research is 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province on the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. This study uses the Descriptive Analysis Method using ratios was used to financial performance of the Districts/Cities Governments in Jambi Province and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 was used to determine the effect of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD), Balancing Funds and Financing Surplus on the Capital Expenditure in Districts/Cities in Jambi Province. The results showed that the financial performance of the Districts/Cities Governments in Jambi Province, in terms of  Regional Financial Independence Ratio, was categorized as very low and the Degree of Regional Financial Decentralization Ratio, it was categorized as very less. The results of testing the effect of PAD, Balance Fund and SILPA variables on Capital Expenditure show that PAD has no effect on Capital Expenditure, Balance Fund has no effect on Capital Expenditure, SILPA has an effect on Capital Expenditure.Keywords: Local Government Financial Performance, PAD, Balancing Fund, SILPA

This study aims to analyze whether Price, Consumer Confidence and Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on Purchase Decisions Making through the Tokopedia marketplace during the Covid 19 pandemic in South Cimahi District, Cimahi City. The research method used is a quantitative method. While the research formula used in this study is a descriptive formula. The research sample was 130 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data is through the distribution of questionnaires directly and online using an ordinal scale. The results showed that there was a partial influence of consumer trust and ease of use on purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace during the Covid 19 pandemic in South Cimahi District, Cimahi City. However, there is no partial effect of price on purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace during the Covid 19 pandemic in South Cimahi District, Cimahi City.
