Applying technology 4.0 to a social design responding to the COVID-19 pandemic 将技术4.0应用于应对COVID-19大流行的社会设计

Compared with the previous industrial revolutions, the era of SAR COVID 19 is an important milestone in human history. Along with the breakthrough speed of the current Industrial Revolution 4.0 that according to Mr Klaus Schwab is "without historical precedent"historically unprecedented. It can be said that COVID 19 and 4.0 are both symbiotic and progressing exponentially. not linear speed. Moreover, people rely on those two factors to gradually reconstruct the structure and restore the social order. Both the width and depth of these changes foretell the transformation of traditional ways into digital systems for use in production, administration and in everyday life. This will continue to be the trend in globalization in the future. © 2021 Author(s).

Segmentation for the magnetic resonance images of Covid-19 patients using adaptive automatic Kernel-Based fuzzy clustering algorithm 基于自适应自动核模糊聚类算法对新冠肺炎患者磁共振图像进行分割

This paper proposes the segment method for the Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI) of Covid-19 patients using the adaptive automatic Kernel-Based fuzzy clustering algorithm. This method not only finds the suitable number of clusters but also builds fuzzy clusters via the improvement from the Kernel-Based fuzzy clustering algorithm. Moreover, the algorithm uses the grayscale of the average filter in order to replace the local average ones. The outstanding advantages of this method are the adaptive ability of the average filter, increasing the intensity of image details, independence of separative groups, and decreasing computational costs. In addition, the experimental results also show the potential of the developed model. The algorithm is effectively performed by the established Matlab procedure. © 2021 Author(s).
