The health care industry in a society plays a significant role for the welfare of people and the advance of medical engineering/bio-technology alike. However, increasing investment in acquiring the sophisticated instruments and world-patented drug prescription quells people's hope to afford the health care service, unless insurance policy allows the access. Concurred with Christensen's framework of disruptive innovation in health care delivery, we observe that the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine entitles itself to disrupt the incumbent health care system. Based on Roger's innovation diffusion model and Davies' technology adoption model we propose a framework to explore the influential factors and their interrelationship with customer's adoption intention towards the integration of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Hypotheses are made to conceptualize this theoretical framework and allow the methodology of structure equation modeling (SEM) to test the theory. The objective is to identify the causal links of customer perception and motivation towards the integration with construct such as customer's adoption attitude and intention. The outcome of this study makes a contribution in providing insights for the development of appropriate business model for health care service industry.

In order to satisfy with the individual and various demand of customer, establish Multi-type Vehicles Vehicle scheduling with picking-delivery model. According to the characteristics of model, hybrid genetic algorithm is used to get the optimization solution. First of all, use natural number coding so as to simplify the problem; use the individual amount control choice strategy so as to guarantee the diversity of group. Improved ordinal crossover operators can avoid destroying good gene parts during the course of ordinal crossover so as that the algorithm can be convergent to the optimization as whole. The study adopts 2- exchange mutation operator combine hill-climbing algorithm to strengthen the partial searching ability of chromosome. Secondly, stock elite adopting genetic algorithm take the hybrid genetic algorithm with taboo searching algorithm to improve the convergent speed and searching efficiency of algorithm. The emulation and calculation proves that it is better than only using genetic algorithm and taboo searching algorithm.

If the agricultural products wholesale market provides the services that can make the clients feel satisfactory, more clients will be attracted into the market. By this way the market can survive in the vigorous competition and get the chance to develop. Theory model of client satisfaction of agricultural products wholesale market is proposed through the improvement and reference of the existing main customers' satisfaction index models. Using the SPSS software to analyze the survey data to validate the theory model and several hypothesizes. Relevant conclusion and suggestion are given on the basis of researches and analyses.

Starting from the analysis of cooperation relations of members in the supply system, the paper studies the reliability of repairable supply system. Based on Markov model, a reliability evaluation method of repairable supply system is given. The transient and steady reliabilities of hot standby repairable supply system with a main supplier and a spare supplier are found. The conclusion is tested by a case study. The contribution is that it provides a quantitative method to increase the understanding of dynamic reliability of enterprise supply system.

The role of service quality has become critical to the success of Chinese express industry. Therefore, it is important to use a reliable instrument to measure its service quality. In the study, the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to assess the SERVPERF instrument dimensionality, reliability and validity, and apply the SERVPERF instrument into Chinese Express Industry. We found that the adapted SERVPERF instrument is also a valid and valuable tool to measure service quality though it doesn't perform better than SERVQUAL as described by Cronin and Taylor. “Security” and “Timeliness” are important additional dimensions of service quality for the special nature of China's express industry. And the study provides some useful insights and guidance for managers to measure and improve service quality.

From the perspective of the value advancing, this article builds a general and practical logistics enterprise capability system with the resource-based theory as the theoretical background, then proposing the assessment method. This will help the enterprises identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to take targeted measures to enhance the capability, which will improve the logistics service level.

The ‘lemon’ problem means the informational asymmetries resulted from the products quality uncertainty. It was suggested by the American economist George Akerlof (1970), who is one of Nobel Economics Prize laureates in 2001. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Internet consumer's behaviors under the cyber ‘lemon’. This paper builds up e-consumer's behavior model that based on Akerlof's ‘lemon’ theory and puts forward the ideas eliminating the cyber ‘lemon’ problem in e-commerce. Finally, for providing empirical evidence, the paper discusses the case from China e-commerce market.

Many applications such as telecommunication and commercial video broadcasting streams, computer systems logs, and web clicks are categorical or mixed-value data streams that exhibit context-dependency. Models that try to capture this context-dependency tend not to be scalable. This paper offers a solution to the scalability problem of these models by providing a method for generating them around relevant aggregates of these data streams rather than the individual samples. The approach expands existing clustering techniques for static categorical data sets to predictive models of data streams based on Variable Length Markov models of clusters. The paper includes theoretical and experimental evaluations of the technique as well as comparison with other prominent clustering techniques for categorical data streams.
