Research on foreign investors needs for new workforce in free investment zones in Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 伏伊伏丁那自治省自由投资区外国投资者对新劳动力需求的研究

As one of the most economically and culturally developed regions in the Republic of Serbia, since the beginning of the XXI century the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (AP Vojvodina) has been a particularly attractive investment destination. Therefore, the research of the potentials and the incentives that this location is offering was very interesting for the authors of this empirical study. The subject of this research is about the identification of the needs of the foreign investors for the new workforce. The sample of the research included 18 companies owned by foregin investors that operate in the free investment zones in AP Vojvodina (Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Subotica and Apatin). Apart from attracting foreign investments, one of the fundamental reasons for creating free investment zones in the Republic of Serbia and AP Vojvodina was the increase of employment. Therefore, the goal of this research is the analysis of foreign investors’ experiences with the jobs that were highly wanted during the research period, as well as identifying the key skills of the workers that are deemed the most important for the aforementioned jobs. With this empirical research the authors are confirming the general and specific research hypothesis and conclude that the foreign investors that have been operating in the free investment zones of the AP Vojvodina in 2018. have increased the level of employment in this region because they employed new workers with specific qualifications. Analysis of the effects of demographic variables and characteristics of the Facebook social network on purchasing 人口统计变量和Facebook社交网络特征对购买的影响分析

Summary : The aim of the paper is to analyze the effect of demographic features and Facebook usage characteristics on making a purchase. In this regard, descriptive statistics measures, reliability analysis, independent sample t -tests, one-factor and two-factor analysis of variance were used. The results of the study show that there are no statistically significant differences in gender or age regarding the purchase decision. Also, statistically significant differences in this regard are not detected in the case of variables concerning the characteristics of use of the social network Facebook (mode of access to the social network, length of use, frequency of logging in to the account, average time spent on the social network mentioned, and frequency of updating the account). A statistically significant result was observed only in the case of level of education. It has been found that people with the highest level of education (master / PhD) are more likely to make purchases (influenced by Facebook promotion), compared to persons with a bachelor`s degree and secondary education. In this regard, the research results suggest the management should focus marketing efforts towards people with the highest level of education. In addition, the problem associated with low levels of purchase of other groups of respondents has been identified, which requires further adaptation and improvement of promotional strategies.

A research on the socially responsible human resource management in Serbia 塞尔维亚社会责任人力资源管理研究

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development are concepts that at their core deal with the socially responsible behavior of economic and political actors, i.e. balancing economic, social and environmental goals. CSR is linked to all aspects of management, especially Human Resource Management (HRM). HRM occupies a special place in the area of social responsibility because it refers to people who are engaged in the organization and who are considered to be one of the most important resources of any organization. The aim of the paper is to investigate the relationship between CSR and sustainable development, on the one hand and HRM, on the other. The subject of the paper covers the link between the concept of CSR, sustainable development, and HRM, based on empirical analysis of corporate data from the Republic of Serbia. The research methodology includes theoretical research of the available literature and data, as well as analysis of empirical data on CSR, sustainable development and HRM, based on the CRANET database for Serbia. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's Chi-square test, and t-test were used for the data processing.

Brexit: Causes and expected effects 英国脱欧:原因和预期影响

The integration of countries and the formation of the common market, represent a desirable form of trade development and improving the level of development of individual economies. An example of a common market on the territory of Europe is the European Union, which has a unique legal and economic system applied by all member countries, as well as a unique system of customs and non-tariff barriers to nonmember countries. After the referendum held in June 2016, when the UK began the exit from EU, it turned out that not all countries shared the same views on the benefits from economic integration. Approximately 52% of citizens voted for exiting the EU when the withdrawal of this island country from the economic and political community of the European countries began. The aim of this paper is to identify the potential reasons for and effects of abandoning economic integration, based on Brexit case, as well as an assessment of the economic trends and effects that will occur in this particular case. Based on the results of the analyses carried out and collected secondary data, we can conclude that the causes and positive impact of Brexit will be felt only if the UK finds the best way for exiting the EU, which will almost certainly require a high degree of liberalization and maintenance of economic relations with the EU. This will enable the reduction of adverse effects, provide chances for the emergence of positive effects and justify the purpose of disintegration.

Impact of the market concentration on trading chains' performance in Serbia 塞尔维亚市场集中度对贸易链业绩的影响

The aim of the paper is testing the difference between the market share of three leading acquired chains and the three leading domestic trading chains in Serbia, as well as the analysis of performance between these two groups of trading chains in the period 2011-2015. Performance of trading chains is measured by profitability, liquidity and leverage indicators. Results of t-test indicate that there is a significant difference between the market share of analyzed trading chains. The analysis of the difference between observed trading chains has shown that there is a significant difference only in the trend of profitability. The correlation analysis between market share and profitability, shows that acquired trading chains with higher market share have lower profitability.

Research of foreign investors' opinions on the quality of workforce education and professional improvement in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 伏伊伏丁那自治省外商对劳动力教育质量和职业发展的意见研究

One of the measures for the promotion of economic development, which has been intensively applied in the region of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in recent years, refers to stimulation of FDI inflows. AP Vojvodina is considered to be a very attractive investment location, which especially stands out for its favorable geographical location, liberal foreign investment laws and labor laws, highly educated and skilled workforce that can be engaged at low costs, as well as the tax incentives and numerous financial incentives available interested foreign investors. Reviewing the scientific and professional literature, it can be concluded that the value of human capital has very often been investigated as a determinant of FDI inflows, and mainly expressed through the level and quality of education and skills of workers. By conducting a survey of foreign investors operating in the free investment zones of AP Vojvodina, it was concluded that the respondents were satisfied with the quality of education and professional development of the workforce. By analyzing the obtained research results, the authors of this empirical study, while respecting the opinions of other authors, simultaneously provided scientific contributions to the subject area, as well as practical contributions in the form of concrete recommendations for public policy makers, primarily foreign investment policy and education policy in the territory of AP Vojvodina.

Over the past two decades, many universities have engaged and included the concept of sustainable development into their academic systems. Numerous declarations and charters have been signed and initiatives accepted, providing universities with guidelines or frameworks, and also showing their dedication to include the aspect of sustainability into their business systems. All of this, however, does not secure their successful implementation. To attain a higher responsibility level at universities, it is generally necessary to perform monitoring or assessment of sustainable development. After the introductory considerations, this paper briefly elaborates the most frequently used types of metrics in sustainability assessment. Available results of completed empiric research into sustainable development at 15 universities worldwide, published in separate reports on sustainable development or general annual reports were collected from web pages. These were used for identification, analysis and systematization of sustainability indicators at universities. Only environmental sustainability indicators were chosen as object of detailed observation. Five primary groups of indicators have been established and certain suggestions for future actions have been made, which need to be implemented at universities to attain better sustainable development results at universities in the short run.

A creative work environment has been attracting researchers’ attention in recent decades. Apart from the academic public, the professional public also shows an interest in this concept. It is already becoming a necessity nowadays. Because competition has intensified, the need to be different in the business process has been reinforced. Uniqueness is most pronounced in creativity. Not very often can creativity repeat itself in the same way. Modern management practice recommends that the inventiveness and creativity of all employees who represent partners in a creative work environment should be taken into account. This paper is aimed at analyzing the importance of generating a creative work environment and the implications for management in organizations. In addition to creativity, a team concept has been introduced into a creative work environment, as well as multitasking and the creative competence of employees as regards job designing. Leadership and communication in a creative work environment, and motivation and a reward for performance, are also discussed. A creative work environment is a very layered and complex concept with a challenging and stimulating effect on future research. Management of the international distribution channels in the SMEs international business strategy 中小企业国际化经营战略中的国际分销渠道管理

Companies implementing a strategy based on entering foreign markets have to make a decision on choosing an adequate international distribution channels. Well implemented international distribution system in export-oriented companies can help them improve their competitiveness and better position their products in foreign markets. It is for this reason that the subject of this research paper is to analyze the factors of international distribution from the aspect of international business strategy of SMEs. The research conducted covered various factors related to international distribution strategies such as the ability to deliver international goods quickly and continuously, the established adequate international distribution network, the ability to respond quickly to international partners orders and the effective management of international distributors or agents. The survey was conducted in 50 companies that export various types of products on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The results of the regression analysis indicate that an adequate distribution network has an impact on sales volume and foreign market share, so that we can conclude that the proper selection of an appropriate distribution network can contribute to enhancing the export potential of the company.

Economic growth and economic inequality in Visegrád countries: Empirical analysis Visegrád国家的经济增长与经济不平等:实证分析

Since economic inequality represents a burning issue nowadays, the examination of its connection to the dynamics of economic growth is very important. The application of econometric methodology in modeling dependency of economic growth and economic inequality is becoming more and more widespread. In this paper we examine the impact of economic growth on the movement of economic inequality in Visegrad countries in the period from 2005 to 2015, by applying econometric methodology in the area of regression panel model analysis. The results show that the economic growth does not result in reduction of economic inequality. More precisely, an increase of 1% in economic growth leads to the growth of GINI coefficient by 0.19%. In the context of the reduction of economic inequality, policy-makers should pay special attention to socio-democratic factors of inequality, as well as to the tax (redistributive) policy.
