Modern development of science and technology leads to the emergence on the world market of a wide variety of cars, changes in the technical characteristics of which, both their external design and equipment of salons, cause an urgent need to update the approach to forensic examination .Aim of the work. To analyze modern approaches to forensic examination of traffic injuries inside of the car on the possibility of determining the location of the driver and passengers in the vehicle.Conclusion. Search and thorough examination of traces of blood and biological tissues and fluids, inspection of victims' clothing, technical expert inspection of the vehicle and assessment of traffic at the scene allow to adequately reconstruct the conditions under which the accident occurred. In many cases, data on the mechanism of injury to passengers and the driver of the car are not enough to establish their location in the cabin of the vehicle, so close cooperation between forensic experts and other specialists is needed.

barbed individual elements wound canal, examined photogrammetry 3D for their compliance in the examination of acute heart Research results. An example of using the method of 3D modeling is given and its advantages in comparison with classical methods used in forensic practice during the examination of bodily injuries in the forensic identification of stabbing-cutting tools are shown. It is shown that when comparing the 3D model of a knife blade provided by investigators, its length, width at the site of the greatest thickening and bevel of the blade created by photogrammetry and three-dimensional spatial modeling with 3D models of fragments of the wound canal of stab-cut heart damage, their full compliance. The measurement results obtained from 3D models of fragments of the wound canal with the help of computer programs "Agisoft Photoscan" and "3ds max" are an order of magnitude more accurate than the measurements provided by classical methods. save the parameters of damages in their original form, use them during additional, repeated or commission examinations, virtual expert experiment, as well as send by e-mail for remote consultation and investigative bodies and juries for use during court hearings.

laser-induced microscopy the of the human body was performed according to standard methods, subsequently performed a statistical analysis of the results. Results. Analysis of the obtained data, which illustrate the necrotic changes of the polycrystalline component of the vitreous body layers, revealed a linear range of changes in the set of all statistical moments of 1 - 4th orders, which characterize the coordinate distributions of the autofluorescence intensity of the polycrystalline structure of the vitreous body for 36 hours after death. The most sensitive to necrotic changes in the polycrystalline structure were statistical moments of the 3rd - 4th orders, which increase with increasing postmortem interval from 0.22 to 1.27 and from 0.11 to 1.91, respectively. Conclusions. The method of spectral-selective laser-induced autofluorescence microscopy of the polycrystalline fraction of the vitreous body layers provides a sensitivity range of 36 hours. with the accuracy of determining the time since death in 15 minutes.

The article presents an analysis of the indicators of the work of the department of forensic medical examinations of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Expertise for the period of 2014-2018. Aim: to conduct a statistical analysis of forensic medical examinations in relation to professional-occupational offenses of medical workers in dynamics for the period from 2014 to 2018. Materials and methods of research : annual reports of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Examination on the Department of Commissions Expertise, which were processed using Microsoft Exel, Statistica 6.0. Results of the study: In medical matters, in 2011, 28 examinations (17.3%) were conducted, of which 3 (10%) of surgeons, 4 (14%) of obstetrician-gynecologists, 2 (7%) of dentists , anesthetists - 1 (3,5%), others - 18 (65,5%). In 2010, 26 commissioned forensic medical examinations were conducted (16.7%), of which 2 (8%) were for surgeons, 10 (38.5%) for obstetricians and gynecologists, 2 (8%) for dentists and 3 (11.5%) for anesthetists, others 9 (34%). In 2016, the total number of commissions forensic examinations was 103 (100%), of which 7 (6.8%) for medical affairs. Of these, 14.3% are in surgeons, 28.6% are obstetricians and gynecologists, 28.6% are anaesthesiologists, 0% are dermatologists and 28.6% are doctors of other specialties. In 2017, the Commission for Forensic Medical Examination conducted 100 examinations, of which the total number of commission assessments is 98 (98%), of which 20 (20.4%) for medical affairs. Among the "medical cases" concerning surgeons, 15% of commissioned forensic examinations were carried out, 20% of obstetricians and gynecologists, 5% of anesthetists, 0% of dentists and 60% of other specialties. In 2018, 55 expert examinations were conducted in the commission of forensic medical examinations, of which the total number of commission assessments was 53 (96.4%), of which for medicinal affairs -10 (18.9%). In the case of surgeons, 30% of examinations were carried out, 30% of obstetricians and gynecologists, 0% of anesthetists, 0% of dentists and 40% of other specialties. In all cases, the decision of the commission forensic medical examination raised questions regarding the correctness of the established diagnosis, the adequacy of the treatment performed, the timeliness of the provision of medical care. Most assessments also raised the issue of the adequacy of medical care at each stage of its provision (rapid medical care, district hospital, regional hospital, etc.). Conclusion : with each passing year, the number of commission assessments decreases, but their complexity increases. Nevertheless, in the number of medical examinations we see positive dynamics: in 2018, compared to 2014, it increased by 1.6%. The prevalence of commission forensic examinations for surgeons is steadily higher: for surgeons from 10% to 30%, and obstetrician-gynecologists from 14% to 30%, which is probably due to the greater demandi

In 2018, 55 expert examinations were conducted in the commission of forensic medical examinations, of which the total number of commission assessments was 53 (96.4%), of which for medicinal affairs -10 (18.9%). In the case of surgeons, 30% of examinations were carried out, 30% of obstetricians and gynecologists, 0% of anesthetists, 0% of dentists and 40% of other specialties. In all cases, the decision of the commission forensic medical examination raised questions regarding the correctness of the established diagnosis, the adequacy of the treatment performed, the timeliness of the provision of medical care. Most assessments also raised the issue of the adequacy of medical care at each stage of its provision (rapid medical care, district hospital, regional hospital, etc.). Conclusion : with each passing year, the number of commission assessments decreases, but their complexity increases. Nevertheless, in the number of medical examinations we see positive dynamics: in 2018, compared to 2014, it increased by 1.6%. The prevalence of commission forensic examinations for surgeons is steadily higher: for surgeons from 10% to 30%, and obstetrician-gynecologists from 14% to 30%, which is probably due to the greater demandi","PeriodicalId":418898,"journal":{"name":"Forensic-medical examination","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134445875","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
