Due to the paucity of data on the treatment of DBP, treatment also relies on data derived from treatment of chronic LBP (CLBP).</p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>Despite the scarcity of data for the treatment of DBP, treatments do exist with varying efficacy for DBP.
