COVID-19 disease can present from asymptomatic or mild infection to rapidly progressive, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and death. Neurological presentation is not so uncommon now. Super refractory status epilepticus (SRSE) can be a possible manifestation of COVID-19 disease.
