Popular approaches to solve this problem are the use of traffic signal control methods and the use of vehicular rerouting methods. The paper considers the problem of the cooperative application of vehicular traffic rerouting method and the method of adaptive control of traffic signals for effective traffic control. A presented traffic rerouting method takes into account the state of adaptively controlled traffic lights.
