摘要

本文提出了一种结合广域监测系统(WAMS)和在线暂态稳定分析(TSA)的动态补救行动方案(RAS)。该方案基于系统运行状态和系统配置在线更新RAS控制动作。采用单机等效(SIME)方法计算可靠事件的稳定裕度。开发了一个由实时数字模拟器(RTDS)、pmu、协议网关、RAS逻辑控制器以及基于matlab的TSA和RAS确定工具组成的实时测试平台来测试所提出的方法。给出了验证所提出的动态RAS有效性的测试用例。
