摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨胜任力、工作态度和沟通对Indramayu regend秘书处员工生产力的影响。研究方法:本研究采用调查法。调查法是解决实际的大规模问题,人口非常多,所以需要很大的样本量。结果:胜任力对因德拉玛尤摄政王DPRD秘书处工作人员的生产力有部分影响。工作态度对因德拉马尤摄政人民民主共和国秘书处工作人员的生产力有部分影响。通讯对因德拉马尤摄政人民民主运动秘书处工作人员的生产力有部分影响。胜任力、工作态度和沟通能力同时对Indramayu regeny DPRD秘书处员工的工作效率产生影响。局限性:本研究并非没有局限性,即研究对象仅关注Indramayu regeny DPRD秘书处。贡献:本研究将为人力资源领域在工作效率的发展以及沟通、工作态度和能力方面做出贡献
