Based on overlapping knowledge under the E-commerce environment, this article has analyzed the factors of knowledge transfer in Knowledge Alliance. It has put forward the four -factor model and analyzed four major factors such as the nature of knowledge, the inner factors within enterprise, the outer factors among alliance partners and the E-commerce alliance environment.
