近年来,知识联盟已成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。基于电子商务环境下知识的重叠,分析了知识联盟中知识转移的影响因素。提出了四因素模型,分析了知识的性质、企业内部因素、联盟伙伴之间的外部因素和电子商务联盟环境四个主要因素。分析了要素与知识转移之间的三种关系:正效应、负效应和倒u型效应。
