In this environment a Mobile Node (MN) would register with the regional HA once it attached to the terrestrial access network in that region.After further investigation we have determined that the challenge with this approach is that COTS MIPv6 Home Agents do not support the required MIPv6 extensions even though there are \"Standards Track\" RFCs that define these extensions.
