In this paper we study an extension of basic stochastic RCPSP in which uncertainty come to play on resource availabilities. We have also pursued preempt-resume mode in case of activities breakdown due to resource infeasibility. A solution for this variant of RCPSP is defined in two steps by utilizing heuristic procedures for creating initial schedule and adding time and resource buffers in order to yields proactive schedule to cope with adverse effects of uncertainties.
