摘要

:当今社会,很多青年学生正处于青春期叛逆期,他们容易因为一些小事与父母发生冲突,容易被同学欺负,造成心理压力过大。因此,减轻学生的心理压力是不容易的。如何缓解学生的心理压力?本研究表明,音乐活动和节奏压力感知训练可以缓解学生的心理压力。音乐活动可以提高学生的情感体验过程和心理素质。本文采用特征提取算法对两者进行分析。结果表明,音乐活动和节奏压力感知训练前A和B的“焦虑”因子和“恐惧”因子得分最高,分别为2.65和2.96,训练后得分下降至1.52和1.62。虽然仍高于平均分1.5分,但两者的差距并不大,说明音乐活动和节奏压力感知训练有利于缓解学生的心理压力,两者之间存在明显的正相关关系。
