摘要

为了改进电力通信网络风险评估技术,提出了一种面向电力企业的网络风险评估方法。该方法基于由通信网和电网组成的风险评估关系模型。该模型根据物理链路层、网络拓扑层和业务层不同层次的业务故障造成的风险,采用概率方法计算网元故障造成的业务损失,从而得出业务的网络风险。仿真结果表明,该方法易于理解,可通过风险评估结果识别业务弱点,有针对性地提高链路可靠性或调整业务部署,降低网络风险。
