摘要

湄公河河口对生物多样性和生物资源具有重要意义,特别是对生态系统中的浮游生物和底栖生物群落。研究区域属于湄公河下游的4个省:天江、特荣、本崔和社庄。浮游植物、浮游动物和底栖生物3个主要水生群落的Shannon-Wiener生物多样性价值评价和Berger Parke指数结果表明,该区域生物多样性在物种组成和生物多样性价值方面均处于较低水平。更值得注意的是,底栖动物群落丧失和生物多样性价值丧失的风险最高,这主要是由于社会经济活动、大坝建设活动、工农业活动对这里的环境,特别是沉积物环境产生了强烈影响。本研究从管理、教育、宣传、保护和预防影响生态系统质量的因素等多个方向提出了若干具体措施,以尽量减少该地区生物多样性的快速下降。
