摘要

在固定床反应器的控制研究中,对大输入扰动下反应器的控制问题关注甚少。本文提出了一种新的固定床反应器建模与控制思路,即采用双线性模型代替线性模型。利用所提出的方法,通过参数估计,建立了典型实验室-销售-固定床反应器的简化双线性模型,并证明了在运行状态周围更宽的范围内,比线性模型能够更准确地近似实际反应器的瞬态。基于双线性模型,提出了一种基于观测器的固定床反应器控制器设计方法。
