摘要
3 M KCl溶液制备的可溶性肝细胞癌(HCC)提取物通过Sephadex G-200柱,洗脱图谱中可得到4个组分(分别为I、II、III、IV)。通过白细胞迁移抑制实验,发现可溶性肝细胞癌提取液中含有代表肿瘤相关抗原的活性成分。
