Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Humas, dan Ketua Program Keahlian Perhotelan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen Humas dalam pelaksanaan Program Prakerin yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, berjalan dengan baik dalam mencapai tujuan yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dan lulusan yang sesuai kebutuhan Dudi bidang perhotelan.\nAbstract: This study aims to describe the Management of School and Community Relations (Humas) in the Industrial Work Practice Program (Prakerin) in Hospitality Departemen at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. The research uses a qualitative approach and case study design. Sources of research data include: Principal, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, and Chair of the Hospitality Expertise Program. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of research data using triangulation technique. MANAJEMEN HUMAS DALAM PROGRAM PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI JURUSAN PERHOTELAN SMKN 3 PALANGKA RAYA
