This study aims to analyze the effect of professionalism and employee competence on service quality at the One Stop Integrated Service, Kembangan District, West Jakarta Administrative City. This research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the professionalism and competence of employees have a positive and significant effect on service quality. 摘要

服务是公共组织和政府最重要的方面。一些文献强调服务质量可以通过员工的专业素养和能力来提高。本研究旨在分析西雅加达行政城市肯邦安区一站式综合服务中心的专业精神与员工胜任力对服务品质的影响。本研究方法采用定量方法,采用SPSS软件进行多元线性回归。分析结果表明,员工的敬业度和胜任力对服务质量有显著的正向影响。此外,我们还发现对员工专业度影响最大的维度是效能,对员工胜任力影响最大的维度是自我概念。
