Moreover, a learning chatbot is designed with three-layered structure: fuzzified status, decision table and generated sentence. For learning, certain teaching strategies can be coded in the decision table to make chatbot generate advice sentences to learners. To prove the idea, a chatbot structure for learning monitoring is implemented within LINE community, and a real learning experiment is carried out. 摘要

在人工智能的大浪潮下,聊天机器人是一种关键技术,其虚拟身份可以在虚拟社区中发挥重要作用。本文通过提出网络社区及其聊天机器人的系统模型,设计了目标监控智能体,并将其应用于真实的学习型社区。对于学习社区平台,系统输出可以是评估结果和学习态度,通过模糊化将其转化为语言变量。设计了一种学习型聊天机器人,具有模糊状态、决策表和生成语句三层结构。对于学习,可以在决策表中编码一定的教学策略,使聊天机器人生成给学习者的建议句。为了证明这一想法,在LINE社区中实现了一个用于学习监控的聊天机器人结构,并进行了真实的学习实验。而且,这种聊天机器人及其社区系统结构不仅可以用于学习;计划进行扩展实验,构建用于运营管理的TM代理。
