摘要

本文采用数值计算的方法得到了微波预加热和微波后加热的温度分布。采用激光表面熔化再凝固技术消除陶瓷表面孔隙,使其表面均匀化。问题是在冷却过程中裂纹的形成。为了消除这一问题,我们采用微波源进行预加热和后加热,以获得较慢的表面冷却速率和小于抗拉强度的热应力。

Hybridization microwave and laser for melting of ceramic surface
