Based on the analysis of intelligent transport systems technologies, the practical aspects of the application of road infrastructure elements connected with the vehicle in the local condition on the example of the \"Intelligent start-stop system\" were researched. The input and output parameters were analyzed theoretically and practically by the \"Intelligent start-stop system\". Based on its information model, a control algorithm using the Gantt model and the Boolean function was developed.
