The article presents figures positively characterizing demand for commercial real estate as the basis for entrepreneurial activities. The authors have analyzed the investment appeal of commercial real estate, defined risks influencing the disparity of commercial real estate prices and studied price dynamic for premises of free appointment in cities with a population over 1 million.
