摘要

提出了一种基于故障检测、粗糙集生成、单元隔离和参数估计的容差模拟电路多故障诊断方法。首先,提出了一种线性规划的概念,将有限可达端子电路的故障检测转化为公差约束下可行解的检测。其次,推导故障特征方程,生成故障粗集;证明了标称电路的节点电压可用于容错故障特征方程。最后,采用修正的偏差约束对电路进行故障检测,对故障元件进行定位和参数估计。仿真结果验证了该方法的诊断精度和参数辨识精度。
