Enterprise Social Media within Malaysian company: Usage impacts among employees

With the increasing popularity of social media tools such as Twitter and Facebook, focus on the enterprise social media platform within a company's setting should be given more attention. Previous research has highlighted that enterprise social media platforms not just allow the employees to share their thought and idea freely on the correct platform but, also can help in developing a better teamwork for the company which in the end, can help the company to run their business at their best and brings more profit for them. This research will highlight the results on how Malaysian employees think about enterprise social media and how it affects their performance level. By conducting an online questionnaire as the research method, an effective suggestion on how enterprise social media can be improved will also be discussed in this research.
