Controllability of h-difference linear control systems with two fractional orders
A class of h-difference linear control systems with two fractional orders is studied. Caputo type h-difference operator is used. The formula of the solution to the stated initial value problem of the given system is proved. The problem of controllability in a finite number of steps is considered.
