摘要

本研究针对457名国内航班乘客的满意度和价格接受度进行了调查。通过使用因果关系研究方法,其中客户满意度是衡量5尺度态度和价格接受度是衡量客户准备支付基于感知的服务。本研究结果显示,整体顾客满意度对价格接受度有37.5%的影响。研究模型中其他被排除的变量影响了62.5%。顾客满意度的每一种分类都会产生两种不同的结果。中档顾客满意度对王子接受度的影响不显著,而中档顾客满意度和中档顾客满意度对王子接受度的影响显著。顾客满意度低的平均值,它将显著降低价格接受度。
