摘要

我国低压配电系统主要用于农业负荷和家庭负荷。这类负荷的取值和使用时间是不可控的,导致低压配电系统三相不平衡,严重影响供电质量。提出了一种新型的换相系统和改进的量子遗传算法。最后通过实例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
