Auto-correlative associative memory property being provided by phase-locked synchronized network of oscillators makes this logic operation possible. The proposed gate consists of 8 MEMS oscillators connected via electrical couplings and is capable of very high speed computation in case of utilizing high frequency MEMS resonators.
