This strategy features the ability to learn from previous batches to obtain iteratively the optimal control profile and adjust the neuro-fuzzy model parameters. In addition, an updating algorithm guaranteeing the global convergence of the weights of the model is developed based on the Lyapunov approach. As a result, model uncertainties can be handled. 摘要

本文提出了一种具有神经模糊模型更新机制的跑对跑控制方法。该策略的特点是能够从以前的批次中学习,迭代地获得最优控制轮廓并调整神经模糊模型参数。此外,基于Lyapunov方法,提出了一种保证模型权值全局收敛的更新算法。因此,可以处理模型的不确定性。仿真结果表明,通过逐个更新模型,控制轮廓收敛到后续批次对应的次优轮廓。
