摘要

本研究旨在透过自我意识、动机和自我效能分析学校全纳教育服务的管理。本研究采用质性研究与个案研究相结合的方法,透过访谈玛琅全纳学校的校长与教师。根据研究结果可知,当学校成员具有自我意识,并且对特殊需要儿童的教学动机较高时,教师提供符合员工需求的全纳教育服务的自我效能感就会提高。实施全纳教育的学校通过社会化、培训和政策提供来加强管理。
