摘要

本文提出了一种基于韩国电力公司家庭能源管理系统(HEMS)用电模式分析和电价信息的供需管理系统,以实现成本最小化。供需管理系统的调度程序根据预测的耗电量、预测的可再生能源发电量和电价等信息,决定被弃电设备的弃电水平。利用约束条件确定最优弃风水平,得到成本最小化对家庭区域用户用电量的影响。
