摘要

在光子有限的条件下,当需要对微弱目标成像时,必须采用具有光子成像能力的光电探测系统。为此,构建了光子成像探测系统(PIDS)。然而,当系统工作时,在信号被放大的同时,光子成像头肯定会增强一部分噪声。本文采用两种数理统计方法分析了pid系统中噪声的综合特性。一种是概率分布曲线拟合,另一种是卡方分布假设检验方法。应用这两种方法对实验数据的分析结果表明,pid的综合噪声服从泊松分布,与理论分析结论一致。
