The research method used in this study used an associative design by distributing questionnaires to Generation Y employees at PT. XYZ and analyzed using Path Analysis. From the results of this analysis, it can later be used as consideration and reference for the company for taking the next step in order to increase the satisfaction of Generation Y employees and to overcome and avoid problems related to the loyalty of Generation Y employees in the company in the fu-ture. For example, by showing concern or paying special attention to Generation Z employees, in order to build a positive attitude towards work and working conditions. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析交易型领导风格、工作环境对工作满意度的影响是什么以及如何影响在公司工作的Y世代员工的忠诚度。员工本身是公司实现公司目标的重要资产,因此这一点对公司来说是很重要的。本研究使用的研究方法采用了关联设计,通过向PT. XYZ的Y世代员工发放问卷,并使用路径分析法进行分析。从这个分析的结果中,可以作为公司下一步的考虑和参考,以提高Y世代员工的满意度,并在未来克服和避免Y世代员工在公司的忠诚度相关问题。例如,通过关注或特别关注Z世代员工,以建立积极的工作态度和工作条件。希望这些可以提高工作满意度,从而对提高员工忠诚度产生影响。
