This paper presents the prototype of Android based medical record system at the Animal Hospital ‘X’. The research produced an Android-based medical record application and REST API used for data exchange between MySQL database and, system architecture. Tests resulted that the functions in the application were working as expected while for System Usability Scaling (SUS) test got the value of 74.17.
