摘要

大功率激光焊接过程中容易出现根部驼峰缺陷。通过对焊接实验的观察,发现根部驼峰缺陷与锁孔和熔池的特性有明显的相关性。因此,本文提出了一种通过识别焊接过程中的锁孔和熔池特征来监测根部驼峰缺陷的方法。该方法采用图像传感技术和机器视觉技术对锁眼和焊池信息进行实时分析提取。采用BP神经网络算法对焊接状态进行分类。研究发现,加入熔池长度特征作为输入,可以大大提高模型的识别精度。
