摘要

企业的组织目标是实现利益相关者的利益和利润目标。由于信息沟通和沟通障碍,企业利益相关者群体在核心竞争力形成过程中受到企业经营管理控制能力水平的影响。由于企业利益相关者对整个组织的影响能力不同,其具体形式也存在较大差异。在组织核心能力模型设计的基础上,我们构建了核心能力评价体系,并完善了企业核心能力的组织结构,设计了企业核心能力综合效果的实证评价模型。
