摘要

报道了一种基于欺骗表面等离子激元的多波段带通滤波器。通过在金属带上刻蚀梯度波纹结构,设计了微带线准TEM模式到SSPP模式的有效背靠背转换;同时保持地平面不变。发现SSPP波在波纹的齿部高度受限。在地平面上刻蚀互补分环谐振腔,获得多波段带通滤波器响应。观察到从QTEM模式到SSPP模式的良好转换。
