The tasks are developed by following the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) model, which in this article reaches the Develop stage. The complete task designed consists of the activities of: 1) explaining the 21st Century Learning framework simply by showing the 4C's position in it; 2) analyzing math learning activities that provoke 4C skills; 3) developing 4C skills assessment rubric, and 4) designing math instructional tools that contain 4C.
