摘要

本研究旨在确定产品质量(X1)、服务质量(X2)、价格(X3)和清真标签(X4)这四个变量对消费者满意度(Y)是否有影响。研究结果表明,产品质量(X1)和价格(X3)变量对消费者满意度(Y)有部分影响,而服务质量(X2)和清真标签(X4)变量对消费者满意度(Y)没有部分影响。然后通过F检验,结果得到63,934> 2,470,即产品质量(X1)、服务质量(X2)、价格(X3)和清真标签(X4)这四个变量对消费者满意度(Y)有影响。得到的值为R2 (R平方)的有效贡献值为0.729(72.9%),即本研究的四个变量分别是产品质量(X1)、服务质量(X2)、价格(X3)和清真标签(X4)。对消费者满意度(Y)的有效贡献为72.9%。
