摘要

采用分子束外延(MBE)技术在PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)薄膜衬底上制备了酞菁钒(VOPc)薄膜。PET基板比碱卤化物基板更灵活、透明、制造简单。因此,聚积在PET薄膜上的VOPc薄膜在制作波导方面具有很大的吸引力。另一方面,非线性光学薄膜的三次谐波强度随VOPc薄膜厚度的增加而增加。因此,在PET基材上制备较厚的VOPc薄膜是很重要的。在PET薄膜上制备VOPc薄膜的条件尚不清楚。本文成功地在PET衬底上制备了VOPc薄膜。在衬底温度和蒸发时间的控制下,得到了VOPc非线性光学薄膜。
