The high maternal mortality rate is related to the low quality of various programs in efforts to reduce AKI implemented by the government, namely Safe Motherhood, one of the pillars by improving access and quality of antenatal care services, namely on K4 visits that meet the National target of 90%. \nObjectives: This study aimed to analyze the role of Midwives in the achievement of K4 Visit coverage. \nDesign: The method used in writing this article is the study of literature by descriptive methods. \nData Sources: Search for articles using data-based ScienceDirect and Google Scholar by entering the keywords Antenatal care, Factors, Utilization, Pregnancy in the literature search section with inclusion criteria, namely articles discussing antenatal visits for pregnant women, published years 2018-2021, International Publications, articles using English, original article, full text and open access. \nReview Methods: The literature review method is in the form of a narrative review based on predetermined criteria, then collected and made a summary of the journal which includes the name of the researcher, the year of publication of the journal, the title of the study, the method, and a summary of the results or findings. The summary of the research journal is entered into a table according to the format. \nResults: From the search obtained 52,900 articles filtered the year obtained 16,900, journal selection based on inclusion criteria obtained by fourteen journals that are eligible for review. articles the journal review found that the role of health workers/midwives is one factor that can increase antenatal visits. A good role by health workers to pregnant women can make mothers realize the importance of making visits to increase the utilization of health services. \nConclusion: The role of health workers/midwives is one of the factors that can increase antenatal k4 visits, namely by providing quality services, improving health promotion, and a friendly attitude full of concern for pregnant women's complaints. 摘要

背景:在印度尼西亚,产妇死亡率仍然是保健领域的一个主要问题。产妇死亡率高与政府为减少急性呼吸道感染而实施的各种方案的质量低有关,即安全孕产,这是通过改善产前保健服务的获取和质量,即达到90%国家目标的幼儿园四年级出诊的支柱之一。目的:本研究旨在分析助产士在实现K4就诊覆盖率中的作用。设计:本文的写作方法是用描述性的方法来研究文献。数据来源:使用基于数据的ScienceDirect和谷歌Scholar搜索,在文献检索区输入关键词产前保健、因素、利用、妊娠,纳入标准为讨论孕妇产前检查的文章,发表年份为2018-2021年,国际出版物,英文文章,原创文章,全文和开放获取。文献综述法:文献综述法是以预先确定的标准为基础的叙述性综述的形式,然后收集并对期刊进行总结,包括研究者的姓名、期刊的出版年份、研究的标题、方法以及对结果或发现的总结。研究期刊的摘要按格式输入到表格中。结果:从检索得到的52900篇文章中筛选出,当年获得的16900篇,期刊选择根据纳入标准获得的14种期刊均符合审评条件。期刊综述的文章发现,卫生工作者/助产士的作用是增加产前检查的一个因素。保健工作者对孕妇的良好作用可以使母亲认识到出诊对提高保健服务利用率的重要性。结论:卫生工作者/助产士的作用是提高产前k4就诊率的因素之一,即提供优质的服务,加强健康促进,对孕妇的投诉充满关心的友好态度。它必须得到完整的技能、设施和基础设施的支持。
