Das bilaterale Lymphosarkom der Lungen

This report deals with the case of a 45 year old female patient with a pulmonary lymphosarcoma of a ripe, predominantly lymphocytic type. The special feature of this case lies in its peculiar butterfly-shaped growth pattern, which can give rise to roentgenographic misinterpretation. At the same time the histologic picture was of special interest insofar as the biopsy material was at first misjudged as lymphadenosis. The author reports in detail on clinical and pathologic aspects of an observation of his own
