В данной статье произведена систематизация и развитие материалов, изложенных в [1], по проектированию кратных солнечно-синхронных орбит полного покрытия Земли. Разработан алгоритм формирования каталога орбитальных структур космической системы в первом приближении на кратных околокруговых солнечно-синхронных орбитах. Приведён фрагмент каталога орбит для конкретных исходных данных в качестве примера.
