The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Sampling was done by using probability sampling method of simple random sampling type with the number of respondents as many as 154 people. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by Fcount > Ftable (27.952 > 3.06) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the variables of leadership and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable of leadership that is (3.330 > 1.976) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. While the value of tcount > ttable of work motivation is (2,923 > 1,976) with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is found that leadership and work motivation affect 27% of employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung and the remaining 73% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. 本研究旨在确定领导和工作动机对PT Kreasinergi Idea explorora万隆员工绩效的影响。本研究的目的是确定和分析领导和工作动机对PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora万隆员工绩效的影响程度。本研究采用定量方法结合联想方法。抽样采用简单随机抽样的概率抽样方法,调查对象多达154人。使用的数据分析技术是经典假设检验、多元线性回归分析和假设检验。根据同时假设检验的结果,领导和工作动机对员工绩效有显著影响。Fcount > Ftable(27.952 > 3.06),显著性水平为0.000 < 0.05。根据部分假设检验(t检验)的结果,我们发现领导和工作动机这两个变量对PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora万隆的员工绩效有显著的正向影响。领导力tcount >表值为(3.330 > 1.976),显著性水平为0.001 < 0.05。而工作动机tcount >表的值为(2923 > 1976),显著性水平为0.004 < 0.05。根据决定系数,我们发现领导和工作动机影响了PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora万隆27%的员工绩效,其余73%受到本研究未研究的其他因素的影响。因此,所提出的假设被接受。
