摘要

本文首次实现了基于皮秒激光脉冲自作用的氧化硅酸单晶诊断。发现光致折射率变化对Gd取代Lu原子和Ce掺杂到LSO/LGSO晶体基质中具有很高的敏感性。这种效应可能是由于氧空位激发引起的电子脱陷-复合过程效率不同所致。
