摘要

为了克服传统健康状态阈值确定方法的不足,提出了一种基于人工免疫系统(AIS)和云模型的健康状态等级划分算法。该方法对设备状态退化数据进行聚类,在不需要先验知识的情况下找出健康状态等级的最佳聚类日期,然后利用云模型对状态等级进行软化和划分,实现了健康状态等级的自动最优划分。最后,将该算法应用于齿轮箱,结果表明,该算法能对健康装备的状态等级进行合理划分,具有良好的适应性和鲁棒性。
