This paper described fabrication process technologies of paper-based sensors and their applications for force, tactile, oxygen, and humidity sensor. Paper-based sensors are much easier in fabrication and can reduce production cost, such as the clean room requirement. The piezoresistive effect is applied in force and tactile sensor by using low-cost paper substrate.
