With the DSP technique, electrical parameter monitoring and the temperature measurement are integrated in the system. Moreover, with the DSP technique, the test process will be carried on by auto-control. Meanwhile, the program that operates on personal computer is developed by VC++6.0. Utilizing the personal computer's preponderance, this system may cooperate with personal computer to handle data and automatic control more conveniently. Then artificial intervention in test has been decreased.
